French term

Congés

French to English Tech/Engineering Aerospace / Aviation / Space Turbojet Patent
I am not sure what English term to use for "congés" as used in this text. The text is the description of an invention for a Turbomachine, such as an Aircraft Turbojet Engine or a Turboprop Engine (this is the title of the patent).

It would be best to read the following context to understand what the authors are describing and to understand how they are using "congés". I found a definition of "bead", but am not sure that is what is best. The context includes all the incidences of "congés" used in the patent. I surrounded the incidences with brackets.

Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated.

Context:

Thanks,
Laura

Note from asker:
I would like to give you points and think it would be good to post this word in the glossary as I am sure others might have difficulty translating it. Could you post your answer so I could give you the Brownie points? Thanks very much for your help!

agree B D Finch : Montague's dictionary is, in my view, very poor indeed and I regret having wasted my money on it. Nonetheless, in this case he is right.
