El término consultado forma parte de la segunda fase.
El proceso de creación del conocimiento
El proceso de creación del conocimiento, presenta cuatro grandes fases:
• Fase de cuestionamiento y preparación. Se combinan tanto la racionalidad como la intuición. Lo prioritario es la generación de ideas y escenarios.
• Fase de **incubación y eliminación**. Esta fase hace referencia al momento en el que vemos claro el conocimiento que estamos buscando generar, el momento “eureka”. Las técnicas de utilidad para esta fase son las que favorecen la claridad mental y buscan potenciar nuevas perspectivas.
• Fase de Verificación. Predomina la racionalidad y la crítica. Es necesario discriminar ideas que no son de utilidad práctica. Las técnicas o herramientas más adecuadas son las que favorecen la toma de decisiones, el consenso entre los diferentes sujetos intervinientes en el proceso o las que tratan de minimizar los riesgos.
• Fase de Adaptación y Difusión. El momento de la difusión contribuirá a que el conocimiento llegue a un mayor número de personas. La cartera de herramientas de Comunicación del PNUD (http://comtoolkit.undp.org/) ofrece orientación sobre cómo realizar una comunicación y una difusión eficaces.
He tratado de encontrar alguna literatura relacionada con el término pero hasta el momento no he logrado encontrar nada.
