seja bem-vindo

I would use "seja bem-vindo" (be welcome). Please, note that "bem vindo" is of masculine gender, and if your audience were very sensitive maybe you should use "Seja bem-vinda(o)". Anyway, this is not of great concern in Brazil, where is correct to use masculine when addressing to a broad audience.

Bem-vindo

Compound word that requires a hyphen. Ref - Brazilian Portuguese dictionaries
Peer comment(s):

agree Giovanna Lester : The hyphen HASto be used! My only suggestionis that the plural be used rather than the singular form: Bem-vindos

agree Jutta G. : claro, com hífen e no plural!

Bem vindos

Since it is for an international audience, I believe it would be correct to have the word in its plural form.

Bem-vindo!

But if you have to translate "welcome page", as stated above, I would translate it as "página de boas-vindas".

Bem-vindo! or Benvindo!

Correct usage of Portuguese language.

If it's an informal presentation, why not use a simple "Olá!"
