Further, Contractor will take all actions necessary to immediately notify XXX at XXX (or other address as updated by XXX from time to time) that an Incident involving a breach of security that may have caused Information Assets to be disclosed to unauthorized third parties, and will use all best efforts to mitigate any damages that may arise.

In the event such Incident concerns the disclosure of NPCI, at the request of XXX, Contractor shall issue notifications to individuals impacted or potentially impacted by the Incident, and/or the provision of any credit reporting service that XXX deems appropriate to provide to such individuals.
