ORDINANZA RECLAMATA

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) court documentation
1 – L’ORDINANZA RECLAMATA

My understanding is that the "resistente" has been told to implement technical measures to take its services offline and is disputing the order to do so passed by the court. Therefore I'm wondering whether to use "disputed order" or something like that. Thanks in advance!

Discussion

Jenny Cowd (asker) Nov 14, 2022:
The order was already issued by the court some months ago and now one of the parties is "contesting" or "disputing" it - essentially trying to overrule it, so it's more than a request or a petition, it's actually an action being take to try and appeal against the order already passed by the court.
Marco Solinas Nov 14, 2022:
Meaning of "reclamata" I think that, in this case, "reclamata" does not mean "disputed". It means "requested" or "petitioned for". I would suggest something as "ORDER OBJECT OF THE PETITION"

contested injunctive relief

It seems to me this section refers to a defense by the respondents against the previous injunctive relief (vedi "reclamo all'ordinanza cautelare")

Unless it refers on the contrary to the "complaint for (to obtain) the injunctive relief". But I lean towards the first option.

Wait for more suggestions.

impugned injunction

vs. order for relief sought or form of order sought - looks ambiguous, though the first weblink seems to have resolved the issue.
Example sentence:

The impugned injunction, which had a very broad scope covering not only printed and visual material but also any type of information published.
