Aus einem spanischen Gerichtsschreiben, in dem es um ein Rechtshilfeersuchen geht.
Unter anderem taucht die Abkürzung im Titel eines Formblatts auf:
"Confirmación de la recepción de una EIN"
Ich dachte zuerst an eine europäische Ermittlungsanordnung, aber die span. Abkürzung hierfür lautet OEI (orden europea de investigación).
Das "E" in der Abkürzung kann auch nicht für "exhorto" stehen, sonst müsste es ja "un EIN" und nicht "una EIN" heißen.
Weiß jemand, wofür EIN steht bzw. welche dt. Abkürzung dem entspricht?

No es la autoridad que ha emitido la EIN?
"EIN" kommt in dem Dokument öfters vor, weshalb ein Tippfehler/Umwandlungsfehler ausgeschlossen werden kann.
Bei dem EIN muss es sich um ein Gesuch/Ersuchen oder Ähnliches handeln.
z.B. kommt in dem Formblatt auch vor:
"A) OEI autoridad que ha emitido la EIN" (wobei OEI eine Europäische Ermittlungsanordnung ist).
"El número de identificación del empleador (EIN, por sus siglas en inglés) se conoce también como el número de identificación para el impuesto federal, y se usa para identificar a una entidad comercial."
