The same report refers to the "collaboratori" of the company. The context seems to imply that they are talking about the people who work in the company, rather than any other parties, although it does refer to "dipendenti" as well. Has anyone else come across this usage for employees?

agree  manducci: Collaboratore can also be someone who is not on the staff ie. not contracted. I work for a group of "commercialisti" and their "collaboratori" are their non contracted workers.Could also be a consultant.
