Es geht hier nicht um S&M sondern um Anatomie.

Wie heisst das genau auf english. Ich habe "tunica albuginea testis" gefunden, aber ich glaube das ist nur ein Teil davon. Und da es um Krebs geht ist es sehr wichtig, wo hier keine Infiltration ist:

"Seminom ohne nachweisbare Infiltration des Nebenhodens, der Hodenhülle sowie des Samen- und Gefäßstranges..."

I don't have my Gray's anatomy handy, but, unless you get a better suggestion, the Latin will probably be understood.
