Please explain what the word 'debit' menas here. Who pays to whom? Take into account that the document has not been written by native English-speakers.
"The Company hereby grants to the Licensee and the Licensee hereby accepts the right and the obligation to manage the Program in the the Territory and to use the Intellectual Property rights.
The primary target group and clientele of the Licensee are Finnish corporations who have a subsidiary or other local activities in Russia (the Territory) and whose training is conducted with Russian language. For such clients the Licensee shall primarily act as the subcontractor of the Company so that the Company will sell the training services to the clients and the Licensee shall ***debit*** the Company for its services according to the Annex 1 of this Agreement.
3. THE FEES TO BE PAID TO THE LICENSEE FOR CARRYING OUT TRAINING AS A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR the Company .
When a coach of the Licensee carries out training as a subcontractor in training events organized by the Company. for clients of the Company, the Licensee shall ***debit*** the Company for the training work
for training by a Senior Coach xx € per training day
for training by a Coach xx € per training day
The fees are exclusive of value added tax and other taxes. the Company is entitled to receive, and the Licensee liable to pay, the said fees with value added tax and any other taxes or imposts added if this is required by the legislation of the countries of either party".
