| Naglasio sam u pitanju da je riječ o stupanju u posjed, ne i tehničkom pregledu. To su događaji koji mogu i ne moraju biti istovremeno obavljeni. Investitor može stupiti u posjed neizgrađenog, pa i izgrađenog ali bez ovjere tehničke ispravnosti, građe. knjige i itd. |
