English to Arabic Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

The context:
In case of termination of this agreement by the company pursuant to section 13.2 hereof , the representative’s non-compete obligation under section 2.2 hereof shall also continue for a period of one (1) calendar year following the date on which this agreement is terminated , and the representative hereby waives any right of compensation with respect thereto.
