فرد مجانى. أو تذكرة وإقامة مجانية (لرئيس المجموعة)

the word pass is misleading here. I worked in tourism for 10 years. It is about a free person for each 15 or 20 in a group. Depending on the context and on what is happening in reality it may mean: free ticket(s), free accomodation(s) or both. In all cases the word "magany" must appear.
As for tour conductor, it also depends on the context, is it meant for the tour conductor only? if so you can say 'rais el magmoua' if not just drop it and go for 'fard magany'.
hope this helps

the brackets appeared in reversed order in my answer here. I meant them to be around the \'rais el magmoua\'.
