English term

QPM

English to French Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) Air Dryer
Hi,

I'm looking for the translation of a term: "QPM", it seems it's a part of an air dryer.
I find it in that sentence: "Unscrew QPM retaining bolts" and I really can't find what it is.

And I found it in another document:
"12,000 hour service kits contain:
Desiccant cartridges
QPM to tower o-rings
QPM to valve block o-ring"

I am looking for its translation in French. Could you help me?

QPM On trouve assez rapidement sur le Web un document où il est question de "QUADRA-PORT MANIFOLD" RETAINING BOLT. Soit QPM.

If you look at item #5 on p 6 of this document, it is written out in full and you can even see just what it is:

This same document does later mention QPM, and also O-rings etc., so I think it is a perfectly reasonable assumption they are referring to the same thing; the 'manifold' recurs quite a lot in the doc. as a whole, it is clearly a key component!

disagree Tony M : But how could that possibly fit in Asker's context, which appears to be talking about some kind of mechanical component?
