English term

Articles of Organization

English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Operating agreement
Dans un contrat d'exploitation:

"Each Entity represents and warrants that neither the execution, delivery nor performance of this Agreement by the Entity will conflict with the provisions of the Entity’s Articles of Incorporation, ***Articles of Organization**, Partnership Certificate, Bylaws, or other organizational instruments, as applicable, violate any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, administrative agency or other Governmental Body, or constitute or result in a violation or breach of any term or provision, or constitute a default under, any contract, mortgage, lease or other agreement by which the Entity is, or the Entity’s assets are, bound."

En fait, est-ce que "Articles of Incorporation" et "Articles of Organization" seraient synonymes ?

The articles of organization are a document similar to the articles of incorporation, outlining the initial statements required to form a limited liability company (LLC) in many U.S. states. Some states refer to articles of organization as a certificate of organization.

Florian, Oui.

Merci.
disagree Daryo : that's the translation for the far more frequent "Articles of Incorporation" that applies to a different legal type of company (in fact the previous element in the same list!)

Articles de l'Organisation

clearly this would be meant here, considering the context in that similar formation documents were also specifically mentioned, with their different names/designations.
