This word appears in a German "Bühnenanweisung" - in French: fiche technique du spectacle.
This document is a kind of agreement the management of the artist prepares for the local organisation company of the event.
Curfew means that the stage workers are not allowed to go out after the show (curfew: 22:15), because they have to start working early the next day.
Does anyone know how this is called in French? My dictionary says "couvre-feu", but I'm not sure if this is the appropriate term here.

fermeture des portes/extinction des feux
you're right, couvre-feu is only used in wartime. you may have to explain it differently, do they lock the doors as I suggested, or what do they do to make sure they're all tucked in?

Why not keep the English word as in the website below ?
"Le spectacle commence : accueil des artistes (catering), sound-check, ouverture des portes (accueil public, etc.…), ***curfew***, paiement des artistes (exercice du calcul de rentabilité & pourcentages)"

couvre-feu
a curfew is exactly a "couvre-feu", normally meaning nobody is allowed to move outside during that time.
Now, if an entertainment organiser chooses to use that word is another problem...

Militaire, certes, mais sûrement autant militaire en allemand, et de la part de l\'auteur du contrat. Un directeur peut-être anxieux face à l\'indiscipline de Français devant une interdiction de sortie ? Qui sait.... ;O)

: Le terme n'est pas plus "militaire" que la mesure qu'il désigne!

: The military connotation is perfect considering this ridiculous type of agreement. I've produced concerts, worked in festivals, been on tour with artists and never heard of such a thing! Bonne chance avec le chat...
