context When temperature is about 1100°C, spinel phasek, MgAION from AIN and A1O continuously dissolve in spinel phase to form MgAION as temperature increasing.

Spinellphase

Even without context, this looks to me like a "hot" contender....
Spinel is normally a conglomerate, and wouldn't have a "crystallising procedure" as such.
