English to German Bus/Financial Economics Dumping (EU)

Im Text (EU-Inhalt) geht es um Dumping. Mehrfach ist auch von der Berechnung der Dumpingspanne die Rede. Unklar ist mir noch der mehrfach auftretende Ausdruck "dumped at". "Dumpen" kann im Deutschen als Verb bestehen bleiben, aber wie ist das "at" zu verstehen?

"An analysis of the prices of Chinese exports to other third countries, such as the USA, revealed that these exports were also made at very low prices even *dumped at* very significant rates." [Da scheint mir ein Wort zu fehlen.]

"It is likely that exports of Chinese products to the Community will significantly increase since there are significant spare capacities available in the PRC. The prices of these additional import quantities will in all likelihood be *dumped at* signficiant levels."
