Wie würde man diese Formel wiedergeben? (Es gibt zwar bereits einen Glossareintrag mit "angeweisen und entschieden", aber der überzeugt mich nicht so richtig).

es ergeht daher folgendes Urteil....

In Deutschland würde noch "im Namen des Volkes" hinzukommen. Dies ist jedoch die übliche Formulierung im Protokoll.

Bei Beschlüssen ist üblich: Beschlossen und verkündet.

Hier dürfte es sich (Scheidung) sich allerdings um ein Urteil handeln.

Im Urteil selbst wäre der Einführungssatz

daher .....wird für Recht erkannt....
