Hi, I am looking for feedback/suggestions/corrections on translating "Measure Actions", which is the header of a brief document of strings regarding the computation of duties in a commercial setting.
"Measure Actions: '(01)','(Apply the amount of the action (see components))'), '(02)', '(Apply the difference between the amount of the action (see components) and the price at import)'),..."
I understand the heading to mean something like "Vorgehensweise zur Massnahme" but am not comfortable with this solution because I am also confused about "action" in the first string. I take it to mean "transaction". I would be most appreciative help in getting untangled :-)

I understand this to mean "(how to) measure (the value/impact of) actions (taken)" - in other words, "measure" could be the verb.
For instance, set of actions is recommended/taken (e.g., in the context of a change program or project) and the impact is "measured" / evaluated / assessed.
It is fairly common terminology, but of course, the only way to know for sure is if you have more paragraphs with similarly phrased headings (i.e., also in the imperative form)
