In a text about dialysis, it says "drop pressure too low" (unfortunately listed in a table, so there is not much context).
I found a definition of drop pressure in a different text:
"Inlet of the filter: This pressure indicates the resistance of blood that is pumped into the filter. The gradient of filter inlet and catheter return is defined as “drop pressure” (DP) and is generally automatically calculated by all modern monitors. DP indicates the capacity of blood to fl ow through the membrane."
It seems to be a term that is not used very often, I couldn't find many relevant hits on google...

Not 100% sure, but that vaguely covers it. I stayed away from "Druckabfall" on purpose.

Könnte es vielleicht sein, dass der Blutdruck aufgrund einer Medikamenteneinnahme überwacht werden sollte (bei ACE-Hemmern muss darauf geachtet werden, dass der Blutdruck nicht zu stark gesenkt wird): monitor blood pressure to make sure it does not drop pressure too low
Example sentence:
...weil der Blutdrucksenker falsch eingenommen wurde, ergab sich ein zu starkes Abfallen des Blutdrucks am Vormittag.
Discussion
Dieser "drop pressure" dient als Parameter für die Feststellung von Clotting (Gerinnselbildung) im System. Steigt dieser Druck an, deutet das auf Clotting hin.
Ich würde das mit Filtereinlaufdruck übersetzen.

Ergänzung: Die Differenz, die im Text der angegebenen Definition beschrieben ist, soll ja nicht zu hoch sein, denn dann fließt zu wenig Blut. "too low" ist also logischerweise eine andere Baustelle.
Hier ist es also eine Druckdifferenz, und das "drop" steht nur deswegen da, weil der zweite Druck in diesem Fall immer kleiner als der erste ist. Keine Ahnung, wie die Mediziner das nennen, möglicherweise Filtrationsdruck.
