Discussion

Non-ProZ.com Aug 30, 2002:
to be arranged sorry, not much context, it appears in a table on printer configurations
standard speed and high performance for different printheads and in one it says t.b.a. could perhaps be to be advised???
wrtransco Aug 30, 2002:
Are you sure that it is to be arranged? Usually, it is to be announced.

Muss noch angekuendigt werden / Einzelheiten werden noch bekannt gegeben

TBA = To be announced / Arranged

Also common:
TBD = To be determined / designed; and
TBC = To be confirmed;

Take your pick:
TBA (To Be Announced) = Muß noch angekündigt werden / Einzelheiten werden noch bekannt gegeben;
TBC (To Be Confirmed) = Muß noch bestätigt werden;
TBD (To Be Determined) = Muß noch entschieden werden;

There are no abbreviations that I know of, (although I sometimes see the English TBA used, though not often, and only within companies that receive / send documents globally.)

It would be nice to know what has to be arranged - and perhaps my answer might be different.

Es wird organisiert

Without context it is hard to propose the correct answer.
Please give us some more details - at least the sentence or sequence where your "to be arranged" appears.
For "es wird organisiert" is no official abbreviation.

Also: in Planung or im Organisationsstadium might be possible

Ein sehr "deutsches" Wort, das in anderen Sprachen immer Kopfzerbrechen bereitet :-))))
(Keine Abkürzung..;-( )
