to pit out scendere in pista/mettere in pista Explanation: Deduco questo senso di "pit out" dalla pagina http://home.psknet.com/billings/parking.html in cui si dice "Each racer has the opportunity to select up to two spots ... Spots that are 15’ wide are generally long enough to pit out of the back of the trailer". Qui, è vero, "to pit out" non significa esattamente mettere in pista, ma "far scendere dal rimorchio". Il senso traslato, pero', mi sembra che nasca da questo ambito. E poi. "Pit out!" dovrebbe significare "In pista!".
