In the present context, a marquee is a selection box (see GDT reference), so 'marquee zoom' could be translated as zoom de selección, that is a zoom of a selected area of the screen.

Full translation (I leave PROOF untranslated as I don't know its meaning here, and use zoom as it is also used in Spanish in this field):

'Ampliar selección': Haga click sobre la PROOF con el botón derecho del ratón y elija "Zoom de selección". Seleccione con el ratón la parte de la PROOF que desea ampliar.

"ampliación/reducción con marco"

Para el mismo símbolo en inglés y en español, Adobe Reader da "marquee zoom" en inglés y, literalmente, "ampliación/reducción con marco" en español (el símbolo es una lupa con un pequeño rectángulo en la parte superior derecha).
