'Heads Up': play a heads-up match against AI or human players.
For what I have found through St. Google, I think it is like "one against one" playing, but please, could someone confirm this? Can't find either a proper translation.
Many thanks on advance!

frente a frente / cara a cara / enfrentamiento
Yo diría que ese es el sentido, se trata de un enfrentamiento entre dos jugadores. Espero haber sido de ayuda.

¡Alerta!/¡Aviso!
The most-likely origin of the term comes from baseball.
Baseball can be dangerous to the fans as well as the players, as the ball is frequently hit into the crowd-- and a well-hit hardball could really do damage to its unexpecting target.
Anyway, when the game isn't all that exciting, sometimes fans get wrapped up socializing in their subgroups, and don't exactly have their eye on the ball. You see a pitch fouled off into the stands and it's coming right into the midst of such a group, and if they're within earshot you yell "Heads up!" and hopefully people react correctly (if illogically)-- by ducking!
Heads-up
A business buzzword meaning to give somebody a summary or progress report on the current situation.
Mainly used by idiots who want to be something they're not, ie successful businessmen.
"Let me give you a heads-up on the current state of play."

Note from asker:
Hi, thanks for the answer, but I need a translation related to Poker, not baseball... It's not paying attention but playing one against another one, only these two players. |

Mano a mano
Si se trata de poker.
Example sentence:
"Todos los demás jugadores se retiran de la mano lo que genera un mano a mano entre tú y Hellmuth. Subes a 8.000 y, casi sin pensarlo Hellmuth hace una resubida a 17.000." http://www.mipoker10.com/en-juego-poker-online/analisis-de-manos-poker-online/43-
