Probably a typo
There is also the possibility of Cashmere i.e. now usually spelled Kashmir, which is a region in India.

Introduction:
LBG Lubljana hosted the first Regional Meeting of the CASH region in BEST. CASH stands for Croatia, Austria Slovenia and Hungary which are the nationalities of members of that region. Beside them Observer Belgrade joined the meeting.
We had four days full of discussion, competitions and partys, where we meet many old and new friends.

Participants: Alexander Rind, Andreas Pesenhofer, Rudolf Mayer
This was the first meeting of BEST members of the CASH region (CASH stands for Croatia, Austria, Slovenia and Hungary). Besides meeting friends and having a good time we prepared ourselves for the upcoming General Assembly and discussed future cooperation in our region.

: Not used as such. On a BEST meeting, 2003 they coined CASH.There isn't any Hungarian reference to it . If it is used in other context in other countries let us know< I asked others to help. No good to perpetrate smthing which may not be correct. Slovenia?
