I do not have specific context , I'm studying translation of law text where I have seen those words so frequently but I can't remember where I have seen them exactly. I think I found out the difference Let me explain by an example: "The parties must observe with the provisions which have been established in the instrument , in case of any noncompliance with them on behalf of one party, the other party can refer to the court and enforce the judgment of the court." The above-sentence may lack some of cohesion and coherence devices but I think it shows what I have got from your comment |
