Il De Franchis riporta questa definizione
tortfeasor = autore di un "tort" detto anche "wrongdoer" o "injurer" ma assume anche altre denominazioni come quella di "trespasser" in relazione a determinati illeciti.
Mi pare che reo convenuto li comprenda tutti ma se non si addice al tuo stile credo che potresti benissimo tralasciarlo: il convenuto responsabile dell'incidente
