Recovery of the amounts:
The recovery of the amounts can be done via two ways: “pure” recovery (including legal action) or via ***set-off against future payments***. For this second approach follow up of the debt is less complex. The system should foresee a ***set-off against the first following payment(s) (even if it concerns other EC measures).
