English to Polish Law/Patents Insurance

Nie mogę dojść, czego właściwie to ubezpieczenie dotyczy. Jest to umowa ubezpieczenia morskiego.
It is hereby noted and agreed that where required Sellers Interest Insurance will be included herein in respect of goods sold Free on board or Cost and Freight, or similar, subject to the following conditions:
The goods described in this Contract are insured subject to Contract Conditions but this insurance covers Sellers interest only.
