Construction of a shopping centre: contract between developer and shop/supermarket lessees. The latter are responsible for doing quite a bit of the fitting-out work in their units.

"Le Bailleur mettra à la disposition du Preneur un service d'assistance et de coordination, lors de ses travaux d'aménagement, qui sera son représentant et ci-après dénommé « le Pilote Boutique » ou « Pilote B »."

Note to asker: yes, my assumption is that this is not the same person who will run the store once it's opened (that's why I would steer clear of "store manager"). I'm assuming that the "pilote boutique" works for the shopping centre.

Asker: Thanks, yes this was my surmise too. And such a position/role seems to exist if you google. But I was wondering whether there's a difference between the role during construction of a shopping centre and the person who runs it once it's open ... ?

I think that either "Lessee's Project Manager" or just "Project Manager B" would be better than "Project Manager for the Shop", which was more of an explanation than a translation.
