From part of a solar panel site brief describing when conduits should be placed underground for housing electrical wires.

"passage sous ou à proximité d'ouvrages (voûtes, réseau d'eaux pluviales ou d'eaux usées, massifs de candélabre, chambres de raccordement PTT ou réseau câblé, puisards eaux usées, eaux pluviales)."
