clip-on connector/terminal
borne de connexion is an electrical connector or terminal, that bit I know. The ressort presumably refers to a spring or clip hence avoiding the need for screws (vissage). There will be a correct english term for this type of connector somewhere but can't find it yet :-)

"Binding-post terminal" also exists. Not an expert, so not quite sure exactly what the difference is. Any possibility of asking the client for more information?
