a) unlimited number of times you can install, or use, or
b) giving you a license to use the non-trial (fully functional) version - I cant tell which from the information you've supplied

: A complete sentence woud be useful, but this does look like a case where you can try the s/w with restrictions and then get its full capability by paying for a full license.

Unbridling software power
I wonder what the best turn of phrase would be, but it essentially means this: you can unbridle (remove limitations on) any sound-emitting device, either in a physical way (more electrical power, better speakers) or via editing the software that manages the overall sound/noise level. It's the case in portable audio players that are limited to 100 dB in noise by construction (software limitation) and can be boosted by editing said software. Do it at your own risk...
