I'm translating a series of headings for tax items. The main heading is "frais d'établissement" and one sub-heading is "frais de premier établissement". Is there standard phraseology for these two in English? Perhaps "preliminary expenses" and "initial establishment expenses"?? Eurodic also gives "fixed asset unit costs" as a possible translation for "frais de premier établissement", so I'd appreciate some advice from anyone knowledgable about these things.
