I have little context, as this is an extract I'm being asked to "edit", but a chapter heading is: "Données concernant le Fiduciant".
Then there's a paragraph as follows:
"Le Fiduciant s'engage à communiquer sans délai toute modification des coordonnées ci-dessus. .... L'ouverture du document ou du message équivaut à sa lecture par le Conseil d'Administration de la Société ou son Fiduciant".
Also, in "definitions": "Fiduciant: Personne qui est le promoteur de la structure et qui requière les services de la fiduciaire à l'effet de constituer et de gérer la Société".

I too think "settlor" is right here, but the job had been sent me for editing because the end client apparently didn't like "settlor", so I confirmed "settlor" but added a footnote saying that it could also be translated as "trustor" or "grantor". I wish I could award points to all 3 answers, but it's not allowed."
