French term

pour facilité leur mention

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
The following phrase appears in the final provisions to a medical research contract.

'Toutes les divisions et les titres de ce Contrat n'ont aucun effet juridique et pour facilité leur mention.'

My translation so far reads: 'The sub-divisions and headings within this Contract have no legal effect and...'

...but I'm struggling to get my head around 'pour facilité leur mention'. It doesn't seem to be a stock legal phrase, so I was wondering if someone could paraphrase the meaning here.

Many thanks in advance!
