Discussion

Karen Vincent-Jones (X) (asker) Feb 5, 2007:
context After the bit about the representative being authorised to , and a whole list of what he is authorised to, the sentence reads: 'Requérir tous certificats de mutation, faire toutes déclarations de non cumul, requérir toutes attestation de transmissio d'immeubles et de publications'. The only bit I ynderstand here is 'immeuble et publications'! I think I'm in the wrong job!

does your doc concern one particular person? If so, this could perhaps be certificates proving that he/she was posted to X, Y, Z in the course of his/her career?

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you Francis, and you too Conor and M Lalevee. I think the sentence needs 'to require' rather than 'requiring', but this is obviously the correct term. requiring'"

I haven't found an equivalent term - but it's a certificate issued by a solicitor concerning the inheritance of moveable / liquid assets.
