In case of non-respect of date of payment, reposession of delivered goods may be claimed by the seller, and this by any mean : registered letter, contradictory stock taking, bailliff summons.
The seller company will keep the down payments if any, as legal compensation for the breach of contract occuring in case of non respect of the terms of payment.
