I am currently translating a "Feuille sommaire d'hospitalisation cardiologie/hémodynamie/électrophysiologie" from the "Institut de Cardiologie et de Pneumologie de Québec" and I have under the section "Patient referal":
"Suivi INR: INR visé:_____ Date du 1er INR____ Durée Ac: ____"
Does anyone know what "Ac" with a small c means in this context?

Of course AC (large C, but an error is always possible) IS used for 'arrêt cardiaque/cardiorespiratoire) as well as ACR.
