French term

excip. ad pulv.

Non-PRO French to English Medical
excip. ad pulv. pro 1g.

I guess excip. is short for excipient and pulv. is short for powder. But I'm not sure what the correct phrase overall in English is.
This abbreviation appears in a French and a German text.
