BUT it's very hard to know with (yet again...) so little context. I'm sure of my grounding, but I can't be sure of the answer. _More context_ would be very useful.
In the past, in a similar general context (i.e., HVAC / heating, ventilation & air conditioning), I have seen:
<< _panoplie_ de régulation sur le chaud et le froid avec régulateur numérique >>
... for which I never managed to get proper elucidation from the client/author.
As far as I understood, this "panoplie" was in fact a sort of "manifold/panel/console/array" of devices/instruments/controls for regulating the air conditioning system.
I've also had:
_panoplie_ de distribution (d’eau de ville, dans un bâtiment), which is the same sort of idea, only for water
An different meaning of "panoplie" which could fit this query is "kit" - i.e., a toolkit containing all the tools (& maybe instruments) required for something.
One further complication (sometimes, the less you know, the easier life is for you...) is that, in the HVAC context, "gaz" sometimes means all kinds of things: gasses (in the common sense of the term), steam, air, etc.

P.S. A \"panoplie\" in the sense of _kit_ may contain all the tools + maybe instruments + _parts_ required for installing, fitting, constructing or maintaining something.

panoply or array
more context would help
panoply could mean a protectice cover or a full line of products, in which case you could use array.

range of gas (products)
I agree with my colleague, this is not much context to go on.

PS: This is a translation of the phrase as found in an Air-Liquide website, which was the only site I was able to find using it.

a full range of air conditionners
If the context is related to a descrition of company X products then full range would be a good translation

: Here, it is a 'panoplie de gaz', not of air-conditioners.
