Can any NATIVE speakers tell me if CA as in chiffre d'affaires can be rendered as T/O (turnover) in English.
This was given in Eurodic, but I'm not sure about it.
Is there another possible abbreviation.

Whilst it certainly can be rendered "turnover", a web search
does not bear out T/O and even indicates this may be confused with "transfer order".
If Eurodic says it is possible, it may be understood in the EU (which is Eurodic's client area), not necessarily in the UK or the US. There are several instances of such "European English" terms.
