German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) banking procedures
Im Kassengeschäft und für den abweichend wirtschaftlich Berechtigten bei Schließfachvermietung und Annahme von Verwahrstücken ist die Aufzeichnung, d.h. Aufbewahrung, über ONS 692 vorzunehmen.
Der abweichend wirtschaftlich Berechtigte eines Kontos / Depots ist unter dem entsprechenden Vertrag in PAD zu hinterlegen.
Ansonsten sind die Aufzeichnungen in Papierform getrennt von den normalen Geschäftsunterlagen zugriffsicher aufzubewahren.

Yes, that as well. However some IT sites use the phrase so it can't be all that OTT
