...is one option. "Officer" would sound right if it's local government, civil service or an employer in education, otherwise you might have to re-word ("responsible for management development") unless someone else comes up with a better alternative.

There are also people called "Management Development Managers", but I suspect your Beauftragter isn't a manager or he'd have a more impressive job title.

griebler is right about Lehrbeauftragte usually being Dozenten but I\'m not sure it\'s quite that simple. With luck you\'ll have context (e.g. other jobs held) to help you. If the employer was a university or similar, then I\'d agree that the Lehrbeauftragter is definitely a Dozent but prefer \"lecturer\" to griebler\'s \"trainer\".

e.g: "a three day course that will give all new or prospective managers a solid ..."
