griebler is right about Lehrbeauftragte usually being Dozenten but I\'m not sure it\'s quite that simple. With luck you\'ll have context (e.g. other jobs held) to help you. If the employer was a university or similar, then I\'d agree that the Lehrbeauftragter is definitely a Dozent but prefer \"lecturer\" to griebler\'s \"trainer\".
