Wenn "ihr" sich beispielsweise auf "Urteilsbegründung" bezieht und dieses mit "reasons for the judgment" übersetzt wird, wäre auch "them" denkbar... ;-) // Ein besseres Beispiel mag mir gerade nicht einfallen.
