I guess it could also be "...no way IT could..." (let the context be your guide).

Wenn "ihr" sich beispielsweise auf "Urteilsbegründung" bezieht und dieses mit "reasons for the judgment" übersetzt wird, wäre auch "them" denkbar... ;-) // Ein besseres Beispiel mag mir gerade nicht einfallen.
