in other words, the accumulated savings of a person in pension plan A with company X can be transferred to and will be accepted by plan B with company Y if the person changes the job. This is not necessarely the case with all pension plans, only those \"liberal\" ones i.e. socalled Freizügigkeitskassen. I guess the best translation might be something like
a TRANSFERABLE PENSION PLAN
