weigh

IMO "vorwiegen" is equivalent to the more common "vorlegen" when preparing chemical solutions or mixtures. The "vor" does not necessarily mean you should (pre-)weigh your compound (in advance), but only that it must be the first to go into the flask, before other ingredients are added.

Is there any reason why you can't use preweigh?
