hardening oil; heating concrete (or layer); capable of a mud-like consistency Explanation: The first URL describes a natural resin hardening oil, to be used for wood floors and other wood. The second URL: "Das durch die blauen JUPITER Sicherheitsrohre zirkulierende, warme Wasser gibt seine Wärme über den Heizestrich an den Raum ab." And in its English translation: "The heat from the hot water circulating through the blue JUPITER safety pipe is transmitted via the heating concrete to the room." The heating layer is often a substance lighter than concrete, but it is always there in these systems. Schlammfähig - Adhesives are sometimes referred to as mud, e.g. for car body work. Flankenhaltung directly translates into "edge holding" ability, using Flanke from R.Ernst. This is one property of adhesives. Flankenhaftung = edge adhesion Explanation: About the previous incomplete answer, I pressed enter and it submitted. The industry uses the term "side adhesion" for Flankenhaftung. The URL below shows how it works with a neat picture. It means you can't easily shear the bond by sliding one piece against the other, to the side, as oopposed to pulling the pieces apart away from the bond surface. See explanantion Explanation: Hartoel = hardening oil (for priming and hardening wood surfaces) Heizestrich = screed heating schlaemmfaehig = mud application, self leveling (assuming this refers to the consistency of the screed) Flankenhaftung = edge adhesion, edge bonding Routledge Tech.
