I agree with my buddy Mats, that means of dispatch is one possibility, but this is another. It depends on whether they are talking about the mode of transport or how the goods are packed, ie. what kind of material is used to pack the goods.

Depends on context but can be used to mean packaging type, (includes cardboard layers, foam pieces, seperators, bubble wrap, etc. anything that is used to package the product.)
