Regarding a company which provides help to businesspeople with oral presentations:

"Fuer Ihre Begeisterung sind Sie selbst verantwortlich-und "ohne" verzichten Sie besser auf die Praesentation, denn nichts kann Engagement ersetzen."

Concerned only about precise wording. Would prefer different answer than "engagement."
